Welcome to Cube Jolt (the "App"), a block-fitting puzzle game developed and operated by Cube Jolt ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, these Terms are also designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive. Please read them carefully alongside our [Privacy Policy].

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 6 and older. If you are under 6, you may not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App or its underlying services;
Use automated tools, bots, or cheats to manipulate gameplay or scores.

3. Your Data and GDPR

3.1 Data we process

Local game data: Player names, high scores, and game settings (such as sound preferences) are stored only on your device using local storage. This data is not transmitted to us or to any server.
Advertising data: The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. Depending on your choices, these ads may be personalized or non-personalized (see Section 3.3).

3.2 Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

Performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): We process local game data to provide the core gameplay features you request.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): We may process limited data to keep the App functional and secure.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Where required, we rely on your consent for personalized advertising and for the use of cookies or similar technologies (ePrivacy).

3.3 Advertising and consent

When you first use the App, you will be presented with a consent request before any personalized advertising is shown.
You may accept personalized ads or decline and receive non-personalized ads instead.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the App's settings or by resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

3.4 Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;
Rectify inaccurate data;
Erase ("right to be forgotten") your data;
Restrict or object to processing;
Data portability;
Withdraw consent at any time;
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because most of your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

4. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, graphics, artwork, sounds, and all related content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights in the App by using it.

6. In-App Purchases

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or virtual items. If this changes, these Terms will be updated before such features are released.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you within the App and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you also retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of that country.
